Cyberduck will display nothing (re-posted)

I am re-posting this problem, in the hope that someone will be able to help. When I ftp using Cyberduck, the window will display nothing. I have the latest versions of everything (Cyberduck 2.5b3, OS X 10.4.2). Here is the log where everything appears normal, but as I said the window remains blank.

I'll try to fix this for 2.5

The same problem here by connecting to a LINUX-based NAS (ALL6250), directly connected to my G5, OS X 10.3.9 with Cyberduck Version 2.5.5 (v1972) - all other connections (to the Inet) are working fine.
I would like to post my logfile, but I'm unable to create one, because I'm using the german version of Cyberduck and the is no menu "view" - in menu "Darstellung" there is no submenu regarding logfile issues ...

TNX in advance,
Udo

Please test with the latest build available at http://update.cyberduck.ch/nightly/ and send me the transcript (that build also has the log drawer).

OK, now here is the log:

But nothing to see in the Cyberduck canvas (BTW: there are only 2 directories, so everything is found in the right way in the logfile) ...

One interesting thing: I can make directories i.e. and they will appear i.e. in Mozilla via ftp ...

HTH

Udo

Cyberduck fails to parse the file listing as it is very minimalistic with no additional file information than the filename. Can't you configure the FTP server to return a full file listing? What FTP server software is this?

The OS at the NAS (Allnet ALL6250) is a LINUX - AFAIK the same as here: http://kurobox.com/revolution/what.html
I have no chance to get access to a root terminal - there is only a web-interface available and I can configure anything on the ftp-server except the portnumber and an timeout.

BTW: ftp to this server works fine with Mozilla or Finder ...

In the meanwhile I (or better the support of the OS/2 SW "NetDrive") found out, that the problem of the ALLNET NAS ist, that the command "LIST -a" doesn't return anything - only "LIST" without parameters is working (of corse without showing hidden files).
Maybe this could be a workaround (to use LIST without parameters), if it could be implemented in a generic way ...

Best regards,
Udo

There is an option in the preferences to send a plain 'LIST' command.

But as I tested it right now, there was no change in the behaviour ...
The "NetDrive" support told me, that it is a "standard UNIX protocol" except the "LIST -a" command ...
... but I had a couple of recursions with the support and a few listings with contained logs to solve the problem, but it is solved now with NetDrive.
So the log information of the NAS was enough to give the necessary information to the NetDrive Support.
Maybe you have a more detailed log functionality included in Cyberduck in the meanwhile?
