Cyberduck and Proxy

I would like to use cyberduck as our ftp-client, but I can not set proxy 1 configs, is this not to be used or am I not clever enough??

Cyberduck supports SOCKS proxies you set in the system preferences.

Cyberduck seems not to use "ignore proxy setting for ..

Cyberduck seems not to acknowledge the "ignore proxy settings" list on system preferences and tries to use the socks proxy for internal hosts.
