Won't work with Rumpus

Rumpus is an FTP server made for the Macintosh. It's been around a long time and I've been using WS_ftp, Fetch, CuteFTP, IE, etc with it just fine for years. I recently had a customer try to get to it with Cyberduck but he gets the message IO error: unexpected null error received.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply dkocher....
but this happens with username logins. I can't even connect at all.
I'll try v2.5.6 if its out.

I sometimes get that when I try to FTP to a server with the wrong username and password. Make sure you have the correct information.
