Hello,

I am unable to connect to my ftp server with Cyberduck while I am able to do so with Fetch. It seems that Cyberduck connects and just after it disconnects.

The error message from Cyberduck is: Illegal command

At the Console I have this message: 1678211 [<ch/cyberduck/core/ftp/FTPSession: 0xa21a100>] ERROR ch.cyberduck.core.ftp.FTPSession - FTP Error: UNIX

I am able to connect to other servers with Cyberduck but not the one I am talking about.

I am on Mac OS 10.4.6 and Java installation is ok.

What could it be?

What is the address of the FTP server in question? If you don't want to disclose that here then you can also contact me privately. Otherwise post this as a bug at http://trac.cyberduck.ch

(No login information to the server is needed but the host name)

Well, it is ftp.vif.com. I cannot give you my login and password. Is it helping you?

I can't see that problem here; it connects just fine. What version of Cyberduck are you using?

I have the version 2.5.5 (1976). I have a Mac mini PowerPC.

As I can see, Cyberduck is connecting but a second latter I have the error that I talked about and it disconnects.
