OK, I've tried a couple of times now and this seems to work...

Problem
When uploading large files, upload halt and gives "broken pipe" error. Clicking "resume" would only starts over, instead of really "resuming" the upload.

Solution
Instead of clicking "resume", upload the failed file again, CyberDuck will then ask you if you wanna over write the file or resume. Click resume.
