Hello,

I am encountering an error when I try to connect to my campus's remote server. I have all the correct information entered (and have triple checked to make sure I do), but I still get the following error:

ERROR: IO Error: Unexpected null reply received


I know this means the server is not picking up my request for access, but it happens every time I try to log on...

What to do?
