Can't seem to download version 2.6.1

When trying to download the new version of Cyberduck and error message reading:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~dkocher/cyberduck/Cyberduck-2.6.1dmg on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.
