Problem display character…

Hello,
I've got a problem when my customer send me files containing special character (like é or è or ô…) in the filename.
The character are not display and I can't download the file or if it's a folder I can't open it (if I use Fetch instead of CyberDuck there is no problem, I can see the file or folder and download it). I try to change the character encoding on CyberDuck but no result…
Someone has an answer…
