When an upload fails (due to a permissions problem for instance) it would be nice if Cyberduck made a failure noise. The little red error message doesn't always get noticed. I just spent way to long trying to figure out why an uploaded file wasn't what it should be... it wasn't uploading due to a permissions issue, and I didn't notice the error message. An audio notification would help.
