FTP URLs passed by another application failed (2.6.2)

I have just upgraded to version 2.6.2 on both of my Macs. Both of them now failed to connect to FTP URLs. I have checked to make sure that this feature works before I upgrade it on my second Mac.

I typed "open ftp://xxx.com/" in Terminal and Cyberduck launched but no action taken. Is it related to the bug fix I found in changelog?
