Vienna for iOS?

Post by Tomato »

There is no feed-reader available on the market which gives the ability to create "smart folders" (intelligent folders) to filter the mass of news-feeds for special information. Vienna for iOS can break the gap. Synch service via iCloud to keep each device up to date. What did you think? Would you like to have Vienna for iOS? Please leave a post!

It is something we want to do once we have cleaned up the current Vienna code which will make it easier to port to iOS :)
I don't think it will be a free app as we need to fund the development and pay for the Apple developer membership. It will be cheap though.
I help with Vienna development.

Not much, as development is slow due to a lack of developers and an iOS version is a huge undertaking, so you unfortunately shouldn't count on it happening anytime soon.

I'm following up my post from last year. I'd still pay for Vienna on my iPad. Any movement, please? Thanks.

None, unfortunately. Development is progressing slowly, and you shouldn't expect any direct iOS work to happen in the near future, as there's still plenty of work to do on the source to bring it up to a modern Mac standard.
