Importing Adium from my old computer...

Post by spaceballl »

I wanted to transfer all of my old settings from adium to my new computer so I downloaded adium and copied a bunch of stuff from the library directory on my computer to the new one... The only problem is that on my old computer I had a different keychain password than on my new one. When updating all of my apps, it always asks for my keychain password. However when I update Adium or Safari, it asks for my password and the new one is incorrect... the old one works though. Any ideas on how to bring it up to speed with the ohter apps?

Try using the Keychain Access program to change the password.
The duck still burns.

Hmmm took a look at that, but that really seems to only set password stuff for websites and login names, not for overall system control
