Don't be flaming me, nor the idea. Don't compare it.
The idea starts with,
Sometimes I get tired/bored, with the contactlist. Yes it's great the way it is.
But sometimes changing the colors isn't enough.
So I got this idea (ran it through one person won't say his name),
He told me it's possible (as plugin) but not his taste (in smaller words).
Will show off first the mockup I've done.
It's a mockup, it's not working anything. Nor an awesome shape.
The idea is,
To have a option where you can choose a CODED border (or something like that), to give the contact list a "shape". It should be coded from graphics to form the "window border" where the contact list can be placed or something similar.
The mockup is an image with 4 sides, and the borderless window placed inside. I was thinking more, like "layers" on top of layers.
meaning the coded border as the lowest layers and the contactlist and the front and anything (alpha blending) on top.

and Cat_Fish, the person I've talked to, told me to check with you, even he told me you won't approve. but check it out, tell me what you think.
And no, it is NOT a must, it's just an idea.
If I could make a plugin I would have done it, but I can't.
if this ever gets done, it could be also possible to do the same with te message windows. (different way are also nice to know about )
