Buddy List Columns

I have a strong aversion to a scrolling buddy list, even if its just a couple collapsed groups at the bottom that are hidden, and was thinking...

anyone else think it would be really sweet to be able to have a multi-column view? you could set a maximum height, and when it would go over that, it would move groups into the 2nd column...

just a thought, keep on keepin' on...

I think the problem with that is it will slowly assimilate your entire desktop for people with a billion names and accounts.

We've talked about it. It would be a bit of work, and we have other priorities at the moment. But, it's on our radar!
