How do I get an application listed on the growl website. I have sent an email a couple days ago, but noone replied.

Usually you email and it gets added right off the bat.
However, as you provided us with just a macupdate url, and not the url to your actual site nor a 128x128 icon, it takes a little more work. When someone isn't busy they'll take a look, or you could resend with a link to your actual web page and a 128x128 icon and it might move a little faster.
