how to change text encode for individual ICQ users?

I'm using Adium 1.0b19.
My ICQ account set encoding to Big5-HKSCS.
Some of my ICQ friends uses traditional chinese and have no problem in chatting.
But some of the ICQ friends uses simplified chinese and the chat window cannot show it. Any method I can view the simplified chinese too?

Hello.
I have that same trouble, but with Cyrillic encoding.
Same in different UserInfo encoding contacts of my contact list.

Example - in one contact it's show good view encoding, but in other contact it's been view bad bad encoding.

But i used Adium 0.89.1

Mat be it have up to date?
