lazy display picture retrieval

i was wondering if it would be possible some time in the future to have a feature added which can be enabled so that adium does not grab display pictures from contacts unless a conversation window is opened by the contact, their client requests my display pic or if i open a conversation window

i asked for msn because some users have plugins which tell when a window is opened and by grabbing display pics it shows the same as if a window was opened
and makes us look like stalkers
could have other benefits too but maybe it can be added as an option if its not too hard?

yeah i have encountered people who use aMSN, who has this, and are bothered haha

aMSN removed that feature at least 8 months ago, that may be someone with an old version. Now the window only open if someone start typing.
