How to keep Contact List On Top ?

Hi,
Is there a way to keep the contact list on top of other windows on the desktop ?

The chat window doesn't have to be on-top but it would be good to see the contact list rather than having other apps blocking the view.

Preferences -> Advanced -> Contact List -> Window Handling -> Show the contact list: (Above other windows)

Looked everywhere - it's not obvious until you know it is.
