Can I import chat logs from Adium on another machine?

So I run Adium at home and at work on two different computers, and I think it'd be handy to occasionally import/merge the logs from my work computer to my home computer. Does any tool exist for doing this?

(Note that the current Adium log files are named by remote user and day, so this would involve actually merging some files together when I've talked to the same person from both computers on the same day.)

I imagine it's just a bit of scripting, so I'm hoping someone's already done this. If not, I was thinking of doing it myself.

At this point in time we do not have anyway of merging multiple logs. You could physically copy the logs over but that is probably about it at this point.
