Problems with Adium

I have 3 problems
1] Where can I find the logs with my conversations?
2] If I block or delete somebody he keeps coming back, that's not what I call deleting...
3] Since recently all msn-conversations are scrambled, why and how do I fix it?

1) click on "Window" on your apple-menubar (when Adium is the front window)... there should be a point to view your saved conversations...
