Somthing else I spotted within chatting in chat box

I know if I am on MSN Messenger and I talke to someone and they sent a emoicon and i not got it on my comp I would still be able to see it and vice versa.

But on Adium it does not work as i have a few contacts with there own emoicons i only see text they written to do the emoicon. Is there a fix?

Did you check the checkbox at Preferences > Advanced > MSN?

let hope everything be ok regarding this.

So if i sent a custon Emoicon will the other person see it? Or is it just for me to see theirs?

You can receive custom emoticons; Adium currently doesn't have the capability to send them. And keep in mind that you need to restart Adium for the checkbox to take effect.

This has been answered hundreds of time, try searching the forums for "emoticons" and I am sure you will find the answer.
