I'm available, but I show up as being offline

I added myself to my contact list to check this out and sure enough, even though my status is listed as available, I show up as being offline on my contact lilst.

This is with a .mac account and I am on 1.0.1.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Do your contacts see you as available, or are you invisible only on your own contact list?

You might try it with iChat, to see if you show up as available there.

My contacts see me as being offline/invisible.

I show up as being offline on iChat too.

Sounds like it's not to do with Adium. Look in your Privacy settings (in iChat or Adium), to make sure that "Block All Contacts" or something similar is not set.

Can you see your contacts, even though they can't see you? Make sure you're not "Invisible."
