dont understand - status..

Post by sdh »

to begin with, what does idle mean?

when selecting the status (with a08b3) be right back, on the phone, out to lunch, busy or invinsible, does it really show that to msn users as it would show if i used msn?

dictionary.com wrote:i·dle
adj. i·dler, i·dlest
1.
a. Not employed or busy: idle carpenters. See Synonyms at inactive.

b. Avoiding work or employment; lazy: shiftless, idle youth. See Synonyms at lazy.

c. Not in use or operation: idle hands.

2. Lacking substance, value, or basis. See Synonyms at baseless. See Synonyms at vain.
Definition 1c seems to fit the best in this case.

It's not a bug. It's an undocumented feature.

Yes, because that would mean thatbased on present day physics, that it's basically the duration of 2.757.789.531.000 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the caesium-133 atom at zero kelvins.

Very important, yes?
