Growl memory leak with Music Video display style

Post by macite »

I have Growl 0.7.6 installed and have recently noticed it leaking memory (Growler Helper App). I tried changing the display style from Music Video to Bubbles and the leak appears to have gone away.

Love the application, but not the leak.

Has anyone else had this issue?

We've been trying to track it down, there is indeed one in music video.

It's not going to take down os x or anything on you. It's not very bad. I still use music video with it.

You should be able to stop and start Growl to free the memory (and get back to a 'reasonable' state), as GrowlHelperApp is the owner of the memory used.
