Listing directory contents...then failing (on upload)

I keep trying to upload multiple images (200-300+) to our company webserver, but Cyberduck just hangs at "Listing directory" when I drag them to the folder. Eventually, it'll just disconnect me. :(

I've fixed this problem in the past, but I don't recall how; I recently reformatted my comp at work, and thus lost all of my settings. Previously, Cyberduck wouldn't try to list the remote directory; it would just upload my files right away.

The FTP connection is active, not passive, and overwriting of remote files is turned on. Any thoughts?
