Azureus Installation of Ribbit Problems

Problem solved!

I tried downloading again, same problem. But , based on what you said I fond the Java preferences app in the utilities folder and told it to use 5.0 instead of 1.4.2 and now it seems to be happy enough.

Azureus (current version 2.3.0.6) now contains the correct classpath by default, so Ribbit can now be installed using the Installation Wizard provided by Azureus.

Problem noted. I was compiling Ribbit using java 1.5, my default java system. This ofcourse won't work for the users using 1.4. I've updated Ribbit to version 0.2.1 which was compiled using java 1.4. Let me know if this solves your problem.

same thing is happening to me. removed Ribbit and Azureus will quit.

I experienced the same problem over here. I've just uploaded a new version (0.2.2) which solves this. Azureus will quit now if you want it to do so

Hi,

I have a small problem with the ratio share notification.

It doesn't work when you quit before it goes >1.

If you quit when you're 0.980 (i.e.), then restart, you will go >1 without notification.
