Block users?

In iChat, I was able to block people who somehow got ahold of my name and started bothering me. I was wondering if there was a way to do this in Adium.

I don't want onsie twosie blocking.
I want full-on AIM/Yahoo style "Block anyone not in my contact list".

I think this belongs in the Privacy screen for each account.
