Is it possibe/will it be possible to have buddies be in multiple groups
eg.
Melissa is both a Co-Worker and a Friend
Cousin Steve is both a Co-Worker and Family
Rob and dan are both classmates, but only Dan is a Friend.
whatever it is. it'd be especially good for sending messages via the /all{} script
eg
Open my LiveJournal members group and everyone in it and send /all{LJ update, check it out}

Multiple Personalities
i've had that before a few times before now, though quite unintentionally, so i think it's possible. i found it annoying and had to go to extreme lengths of deleting both instances of and then re-add the contacts to remove their alter ego.
i couldn't tell you how i managed to get them like that in the first place though, like i said it wasn't intentional. in retrospect, maybe it was just contact list synchronisation issues.
