It seems about 75% of the time I try uploading / downloading a file from my server i get the following error message:
"
I/O Error: Connection Failed
<it gives the path here>
SSH Channel is closed. (Closed due to user request)
"
The options are "Cancel" or "Try Again"
When I click Try Again, it tries but doesn't actually upload the file. I then have to upload again and it works.
This is very annoying as I'm pretty much having to upload/download 75% of my files twice before it actually works.
I looked and didn't see a setting in the prefs that might stop this from happening.
anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
Note: This has only been happening since I installed the latest updated. I've been using cyberduck for almost two years now and this is the first time I've ever had an annoying issue like this appear.

Ditto here, exactly the same problem and also didn't have this problem with previous version.
I checked http://trac.cyberduck.ch and this exact situation has been reported, assigned and should be fixed for the 2.8 release, according to the milestone.
EDIT
I reinstalled the last stable version, 2.7.3, end of problem. Download it here: http://cyberduck.ch/changelog.php
