Problem With My Own Status

Post by rdkrauss »

I have myself on my AIM buddy list. In previous versions of Adium, including 1.1b3, my status message appeared when I looked at myself on the buddy list.

In the newest beta, 1.1b5, it does not. It just gives me a generic "Away" even though I have a custom status message set.

Any ideas....?

I think long away messages are kept from being displayed, and it looks like some away messages are getting truncated. This is occurring on AIM with 1.1b5 anyone else seeing this behavior?

yeah, it appears in IM windows but not in the contact list tooltips

edit: it also doesn't appear in the get info windows either

edit2: hmmm maybe http://trac.adiumx.com/changeset/20532 will help with this...
