Refreshing or redownloading the MSN contact list

I've noticed that after deleting a few msn contacts on my adium list, they persist on the contact list kept on the msn servers.

Is there a way to refresh the MSN list? I've tried deleting caches and certain preferences, but I can't seem to find a solution without deleting my entire adium application support folder.

Delete them using the official client. Sometimes libpurple's delete does'nt work that well.

Thanks, but lets say that I want to 'undelete' these users from my adium list. That is, I have them on the server, not on adium, and I want them back on adium.

In that case, thrash your adiumx preferences and all the stuff, reconfigure and it will have to download the list again from the servers.
