Growlmail variables

Hi,

How do I get growlmail to display the body of a message? Is the variable %body or %message?

Generally, is there a complete list of variables that growl can use to display differents components of email?

I would like this information, too -- it seems like a pretty basic piece of documentation to provide. I have incoming mail in a # of different folders b/c of server-side rules & I want to be able to see which folder/mailbox an incoming message has arrived in.

I tried %mailbox and %folder but neither of those worked.
