Unviewed content flashing is stuck

I'm using 1.1.3 in Leopard (though the problem began LONG before upgrading), and occasionally, a contact will start flashing to let me know I've received a message, but I can't get it to stop without relaunching Adium. It happens with multiple contacts, and has never happened with more than one contact at a time. It's a problem I've had for a couple of years at least, but it only seems to crop up once every 2-4 weeks or so. Nothing I've tried can seem to reset it.

Any ideas?

I've had this happen when a meta contact messages me from 2 different sources at the same time.

Usually what causes this is when one contact in a metacontact says something, and then you (or they) switch to talking on the other one. To fix it, we need to track unread content at the metacontact level instead of the subcontact level.
