Can't Connect for the First Time

I have an iBook G4 with 10.4.1. I'm trying to connect for the first time. When I fill out the boxes, Port 21 is automatically entered. I didn't know I had 21 ports. There's an orange triangle next to it indicating there's a problem.

When I complete all the other boxes and select "connect," I get this message:

DNS Error: Connection failed

The hostname/domain name you enter cannot be resolved and most possibly contains an error.
