Adium Scripting Help

I created a script that polls Pownce for a particular message. I created it with just AppleScript, but I was wondering if there was a way I could make it poll the server at an interval. For example, every 10 minutes and it would update the text wherever the user entered the trigger. Thanks in advance!

Really? What's the interval? Is there anything special I need to do with the Info.plist file in order to get it to work or does it just do it?

Interval is 30 seconds; you don't need to do anything with your info.plist.
