Adium to a new Mac
Adium to a new Mac

I just bought a new Mac, and I want to move EVERYTHING FROM ADIUM from my iBook to my new one. this means Keychains, settings, everything.. how would one go about doing that.

Move the ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0 folder into the new computer's ~/Library/Application Support to keep all of your settings.ironass87 wrote:I figure this should go here.

Moi aussi. I think that's pretty much what the setup assistant does, it just adds a nice little user-friendly interface to the whole thing.The_Tick wrote:Here's what I do:
Boot one to target mode
Make sure the new one has an account name with the same uid as the previous machine
Copy ~/ to the new machine
Voila
