Stuck at Configuration

When I open the widget on my dashboard, there are no options in the dropdown menu, so I'm not sure what to type or how to configurate the little duckie. Any advice?

The help page says: "Choose a bookmark from the dropdown menu; the bookmarks are shared with the Cyberduck application so you’ll already find your usual connections." However, there are no bookmarks dropping down from the dropdown menu. It gives me no options from which to choose, and I'm not sure what to type in there. Any help? What kind of content goes in that space?
