What to do when Growl is downloaded?
I just downloaded Growl, but now I do not know what to do. I see the program in my preference plane, but I do not know what I should do next. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do?

Basically, when an application is compatible with Growl, it will register and appears in Growlprepane > Applications
Then, you can tune the behavior of the events issued by this particular application in this pref pane
When launching the application, you'll immediately receive a prompt that indicates that this application has been registered with Growl. So, the registering process is automatic
Among the applications registered with Growl I use: Adium, DevonAgent, FlickrUploader, Roxio's Popcorn, Quicksilver (need QS growl notifier plug-in), Transmission, Vienna and Skype

Indeed, the process is automatic. It's also transparent as we removed the 'App Registered' notification that was present before 1.1.philippe99 wrote:When launching the application, you'll immediately receive a prompt that indicates that this application has been registered with Growl. Try my software!
