my probleme is that i don't see the message status from my MSN contacts. I have already searched in the forum.
How to change it?

If you mean the personal message, it's not possible just yet.
The devs are waiting for the libpurple team to finish implementing a newer version of the MSN protocol so that they can include it in Adium
