date formate when duplicate a file

Post by foxintosh »

hi!

when i duplicate a file it automaticly shows the current date in the new name. i like this very much. but i would like to have a date format like 20080101 and not (4:1:08 8:20 AM).
is there a option to change the date format?

thanks for helping!

You can set this format in System Preferences > International > Formats > [Dates|Times] > Short.
