adium not remembering all my passwords

is it me or has adium been getting increasingly buggy?

its latest quirk is it now prompts me for every account's password at startup ... even if it previously had them stored ... what gives?

You've probably damaged your Keychain. Did you recently upgrade from 10.4 to 10.5?

Or, after an upgrade to Adium you didn't allow Adium (the new version) access to your Keychain (it asks every time; click Always Allow to avoid repeated pop-ups).

upgraded to leopard long ago, that cant be it ...
I upgraded adium whenever it asked me to recently, that could be it ... so how do I enable that?

Happening to me too. Only since the last Adium upgrade.

I did run XSlimmer on Adium, might that have done it?

Ive run xslimmer many times and it's never done this
I just went into the keychain manually and reallowed everything, kinda annoying ... but I noticed that each service had two adium entries ... weird

From the Xslimmer team:

Many thanks for writing. If you were running Adium prior to slimming
it, you need to reboot your Mac. This is because Mac OS holds a cache
version of the application and when it tries to verify the signature
it fails. By rebooting, you eliminate this cached version, the
signature verification works fine, and passwords are remembered correctly.
