Bottom Anchored CL?

Is there any way I could have my Vertically scaled, borderless window to expand upward when a new contact signs in, rather than add a line downward?

It already does that for me. It should just be a matter of keeping the Contact List on the bottom of your screen. It should "snap" into place when you drag it toward the bottom of the screen. Once that happens, let go, and you should be fine.
