Can I change Adium Dock Icon using my own Icon?

Or I have to download Xtras everytime I want to change.

You could always mimic the way that other xtras are made. It's what I do. Right click the Dock-Xtra-set and select Show Package Contents. Then Contents/Resources and voila.
