I use FTP to uplink a website once I make changes. Before, I used FileZilla for Mac like on Windows...but it was so un-Mac-like in UI that I felt like I couldn't use it. I quickly switched to Cyberduck several months ago - and am loving it!
And the better thing is that this site is moving servers to SFTP, as well! And I can still use Cyberduck for it!
There are certain apps I use practically on a daily basis: Adium (MSN+AIM=yummy), Cyberduck (FTP/SFTP), and Growl.
I signed up for CocoaForge because I have some of the stuff. I even downloaded Perian!
