How do I update with Cyberduck ....new guy.....

Just wondering if someone more knowledgeable on Cyberduck would please either direct me to a tutorial or tell me how to update my website using Cyberduck.

I make regular changes to my site but I am unsure how to just update the changes I made to the site as opposed to uploading the whole site .

I am no expert, but the question seems strange. Just upload the files that you have changed. Or are you having specific problems ?

That's the thing , how do I upload what I've changed ? .

I know it might seem strange question but I am VERY new to all this .

Connect cyberduck to your site.

open finder at the folder with your source files
(sort the folder by date)
select files you updated
drag selected files into cyber duck. Allow to overwrite.
