I don't know if there is a specific place to post feature requests. If so, could someone direct me.
I would like to see a 'connect history log'. Let me explain...I used to use Fire and it had a window you could open that would show you when your various contacts had logged on and logged off. I found that useful if I had been away from my computer to see if I had missed connecting with any of my contacts. I could see that while I was away "contact X logged on" "contact X logged off" etc. It was also useful to figure out if people I wanted to chat with only accessed the system once a day, every hour, etc.
Anyway, that would be a nice feature to have in Adium.

Nice idea actually. It could be implemented in a seperate tab in the new Info Inspector.I would like to see a 'connect history log'. Of course, there's no ticket prioritization system for feature requests, so you can't vote for it or anything... but I guess you can comment.

Please don't add "me, too" comments.
Prioritisation is completely in the hands of the devs. Nobody stops you from offering a patch, though.
Thanks for referring to the ticket out, dmz. Hopefully, you averted a duplicate ticket.

Re: Connect history feature request
One thing I noticed is that in one of the previous beta updates they removed the status changes in a chat window and made it so only one line took up the history. So it would look like this
user1: brb
user1 changed status to away
user1 change status to online
user1: back
Now it combines all of those and will replace the status on the same line. I'm not sure how else to explain this, but is there a way to get it back to the way it was before? Thanks.

Re: Connect history feature request
this would be indeed nice, I think log history is the only interesting feature Amsn has and Adium not (yet I hope
)
