Nudging in 1.3b7

Can any one tell me if the nudging feature has been disabled I cant seem to find it anymore

It works for me.
What you're experiencing might be what is documented in #9701.

no thats just it, i saw that and thought it was it, but I mean that even the button has dissapeared for nudging

Ah, you can't find the nudge button in the toolbar.
Just right-click the toolbar, select "Customise Toolbar" and drag "Send notification" to the toolbar.

Yeah Did that too, theirs nothing there which is confusing me cause while /nudge doesnt show any reaction i know it works...but the missing button is a little weird
