Chat under 'invisible'?

Hi just wondering if it is possible to chat with someone on MSN while being "invisible"?

I remember doing this on the Live MSN client on a PC and Pidgin on Unix. I would imagine MSN supports it?

Yea I know how to use Invisible, but I am not sure if Adium can still send message to other people while in invisible mode, FAQ doesn't address it neither.

Hm, which version of Adium are you running?

Edit: Actually, nevermind that question. This is known to not work, neither in 1.2.7 nor in the 1.3 beta, I have been told.
What surprises me, though: I have found no mention of this in the Adium wiki.

MSN is using offline messages while talking to invisible users unless a switchboard is open between you and the user. Adium 1.4 will probably use msnp15 so then this will be supported.

Clarification:
The beta and the "Unofficial msnp15 builds" are two different things. However, the latter builds are to be found in the beta forum.
