Uploading .txt file, recipient only receives first line...

One of my users has reported that when she tries to upload a small text file to the FTP site of one of our vendors, the vendor/recipient reports only receiving the first line item in the file. Any experience with this...or a fix? Maybe she is working with a limited or restricted version of Cyberduck?
