Need Help with Missing Frameworks

I have an interest in creating plugins for Adium.

I read the getting started FAQs

But I have one problem, I do not own the following frameworks:
* Adium.framework
* AIUtilities.framework
* FriBidi.framework

Therefore, I can't even start. Do any of you know how to get around this?

BTW, I am running Mac OSX 10.4.11
XCode 2.4.1
